Enterprise, Walta ink advertising service agreement

 

Addis Ababa, November 12 (WIC) – Ethiopian Airport Enterprise (EAE) and Walta Information Center (WIC) on Friday signed an agreement that enable the latter to provide advertising services on the premises of Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

The agreement includes installation of dynamic Digital Large Format Display (LFD) screens and static advertising materials such as light boxes and billboards on both terminals and beyond, within the premises of Ethiopian Airports Enterprise.

Some 144 LFD 46’’ SAMSUNG screens worth over 8 million birr, including static ads, will be installed at both terminals of Bole International Airport, it was indicated.

Shiferaw Alemu, Director General of Ethiopian Airports Enterprise and Berhane Kidanemariam, General Manager of Walta Information Center, singed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.

Shiferaw on the occasion said the agreement would increase the image and competitiveness of Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, Ethiopia’s main gateway to the world.

The accord would also help the airport to boost its income and attract many airlines, he added.

“We are happy to be a partner with Ethiopian Airport Enterprise. The agreement would help the airport fully utilize its potential,” Berhane Kidanemariam, General Manager of Walta Information Center said.

“We will do our level best to provide quality and timely advertising services,” he added.
