Addis Ababa, July 22, 2021 (Walta) – Ethiopia’s Envoy to EU, Ambassador Hirut Zemene, conferred with Annette Weber, EU Special Representative to the Horn of Africa.
Ambassador Hirut has welcomed the new EU Special Representative to the Horn of Africa and Red Sea Region, at the Embassy’s Chancery and expressed readiness to work with Dr. Annette Weber.
The two exchanged views on the current situation in Ethiopia and regional issues of common interest.
Furthermore, they shared views regarding the recent visit of Weber to Ethiopia.
The two sides have agreed to continue exchanges on mutual issues of common concern, according to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
