Addis Ababa, November 13, 2021(Walta) – The Economist’s London-based Africa Editor Jonathan Rosenthal noted on his twitter page that the BBC is being a bit sensationalist in suggesting that US forces are ready to respond to the crisis in Ethiopia.
According to him, the BBC is suggesting intervention while the interview is really about troops in Camp Lemonnier being ready to evacuate US diplomats/citizens if needed.
