Addis Ababa, November 8, 2021 (Walta) – An Ethiopian athlete Dawit Seyaum has broken women’s 5km world record for a mixed race in Lille, France.
She crossed the line in 14:41.
According to sources, Dawit won her first indoor competition in Prague in February 2014, running a time of 4:09.08 minutes. At the Rabat Meeting she established herself among the world’s top 1500 m runners with a win in 3:59.53 minutes.
