Addis Ababa, May 21, 2022 (Walta) – The Health Minister, Dr. Lia Tadesse met with Claude Jibidar, new Country Director of WFP Ethiopia.
The two discussed on the food and Nutrition assistance for conflict and drought affected regions and strengthening support particularly supplies for MAM.
They also explored ways how to strengthen the overall efforts to improve nutrition and food system in Ethiopia, including high impact interventions like school feeding to change lives.
Dr. Lia expressed gratitude to the World Food Programme for their continued support and partnership with Ethiopia.
