Thanking the Government of German for providing a plot of land for the new embassy’s building, Ambassador Birtukan stressed that the embassy building should reflect the friendly relations between the two countries.

The Embassy building should have quarters for cultural centers that are key to reflecting Ethiopia’s rich cultural values and promoting trade and tourism, State Minister Ambassador Birtukan added.

Ethiopia’s Ambassador to Germany, Mulu Solomon said the new embassy building should accommodate trade, investment, and public diplomacy activities that are in line with the priority areas identified in the Foreign Policy of the country and the growing bilateral relations between Ethiopia and Germany.
