Addia Ababa, March 05, 2023 (Walta) – FDRE Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed said Partnerships and investments are essential for Least Developing Countries (LDCs) to graduate.
Partnerships that are cognizant of the debilitating impact of debt on least developing countries and that are committed to alleviate these burdens by introducing a fast and predictable global framework of debt restructuring, the prime minister added.
