Addis Ababa, March 23, 2022 (Walta) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has sent a message to the President of China, Xi Jinping expressing heartfelt condolences on the fatal crash of China Eastern Airlines flight MU5735.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of all those impacted by the unfortunate event,” the Prime Minister said.
He further wished the Chinese President’s wellbeing and the people peace, progress, and prosperity.
A China Eastern Airlines Boeing 737-800 with 132 people on board crashed in mountains in southern China on Monday.
