A police doctrine draft, which is meant to build modern police institution to ensure peace and rule of law, is tabled for discussion today.
The doctrine draft is prepared by the collaboration of the Ministry of Peace, Federal Police and Addis Ababa University.
Opening the discussion, Minister of the Minister of Peace, Muferiat Kamil said the draft will also improve the relation between the communities and police, which mas not good previously.
She also said that the draft will help the country to build police institutions and the police, which is neutral from any political party.
The discussion forum was attended by civic organizations, opposition parties and members of the business communities.
