The Ethiopia National Defence Force announced that it will be celebrating National Defense Force Day in Adama at national level in collaboration with the Air Force and Oromia Regional Government.
Mohammed Tessema (Maj. Gen.) in a press conference held today at the National Defence Force said that this year’s National Defence Force Day will be marked under the theme: “We will maintain constitutional loyalty and public base to sustain ongoing reform.”
Reminding that the day was not nationally celebrated during state of emergency periods, this day will be celebrated more colorfully as country is reforming itself intensively, he added.
The day will be celebrated with panel discussions, military parades as well as sport activities on 14th February 2019.
