President Sahle-Work Zewde received and held talks with Mr. Laslew Kovert, Minister and House Speaker of Hungary at the National Palace today.
During the discussion, it was noted that a new chapter in the relationship between Ethiopia and Hungary has been opened following the visit of Foreign Minister of Hungary to Ethiopia in 2016.
Kovert said Hungary is ready to share its rich experiences in agriculture and water resource management fields to Ethiopia.
President Sahle-Work for her part said the re-opening of Hungarian embassy in Addis Ababa would help strengthen the relations and cooperation between the two nations.
The President also briefed the Hungarian Minister and House Speaker about the ongoing comprehensive reform.
