The Crown Princess of Denmark, Mary Elizabeth, has arrived today for an official visit to different areas of Ethiopia.
The Princess, who is accompanied by the Development Cooperation Minister Ulla Tornaes, unusually commenced her visit in the morning with a run at Meskel Square with Veteran athlete Derartu Tullu.
She is expected to meet and discuss various bilateral matters between the two countries with President Sahlework Zewde and Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.
Ethio-Danish diplomatic ties commenced in the 1960s and has expanded since then through political, economic and social areas.
