Prime Minister Abiy Ahemed recognized “those who paid a premium price” for freedom that brought him to power last year.
The PM made this remark today in Nekemete, a town located 242 km west of Addis Ababa to inaugurate the first stadium of the city.
He also called on the residents of the city to stand together and work hard to Ethiopian unity that will ultimately lead to regional unity.
In the area including Nekemte, there has been security problem until after the army declared control over the insurgents, who used to kill and terrorize the people.
