The South Nations, Nationalities and People’s Regional State Council has appointed Ristu Yirdaw as its Deputy Chief Administrator.
The Regional state Council appointed Ristu in its 9th ordinary session to replace Million Mathios and lead the regional state.
Ristu has made an oath standing in front of the Council after his appointment.
He has served in different positions both at federal and Regional levels before his appointment.
Ristu was commissioner to the Federal Sport Commission when he was appointed as Deputy Chief Administrator of the Region.
