The largest Ethiopian animal park- the Semien Mountain National park is on raging fire since mid-night of yesterday, the Amhara Mass Media Agency reported.
The fire accident, which the reason is yet not known,has been put under control this moring, but it has now reappearing.
Ember of woods rolling down to another part of park spark another fire, Semin Gondar Zone chief, Worku Lemlemu qoated as saying.
According to him, lack of experience and equipment make the effort of the youth who came to fight the fire challenging.
The park, which was found in 1960s, is delisted from extinction threat.
