Speaker of the House of People’s Representatives, Muferiat Kamil, has indicated that concerted effort of all stakeholders is vital to strengthen the ongoing nation building.
The speaker, who attended a discussion focused on strengthening national unity together with national diversity, noted that the federal system that the country have come through so far has attained various successes.
But the process of nation building should be sustainable and participatory of all stakeholders at all levels, she noted.
Two research papers were submitted to the forum on the issues of nation building, successes and challenges of the federal system and the way forward with remedies.
The research papers are expected to incite wide ranging discussions on such and various other issues.
