The chief admisnitrartor of Gambela regional state of Ethiopia Gatluak Tut begged support from the federal govement to ensure development in the region.
The chief made this remark today while welcoming PM Abiy Ahmed who joind a clamorous crowd at Gambela stadium.
He asked the federal government intervention and support to realize its effort of builiding infsrtcurctures and sustain villagization programs.
Though the region has been home for nations and nationalities that live in harmony, he said that there are problems impacting the holistic development of the region.
He also said that the region is endowed with variety of fishes, and it has to reap benefit from the resource.
