Nigusu Tilahun, the Amhara Culture and Tourism Bureau head at the rank of vice president has ascended as press sectary of the Prime Minister Office, Amhara Mass Media reported.
He has severed as the communication bureau head of the Amhara region for many years.
Nigusu will replace Billene Seyoum, who the prime minster appointed months ago.
