Ethiopia, Republic of Korea sign agreement worth 300 mln USD

The Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that Ethiopia and the Republic of Korea signed an agreement worth 300 mln USD to strengthen their “historical bilateral development cooperation”.

According to the statement, priority projects, on which the finance goes to, are establishment of five center of excellence for Adama Science and Technology University, Addis Ababa Rapid Bus Transit and other projects, which will be selected after the consultation of two countries.

The agreement is signed by Admasu Nebebe, state minister for Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Lim Hoon-min, Ambassador of Korea to Ethiopia.
