Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, accompanied by Oromia Region Vice President Shimeles Abdissa, SNNPR President Million Matiwos and Minister of Peace Muferiat Kamil, is visiting Guji and Gedeo community members that recently returned to their abodes.
Their representatives expressed the unity of the two communities and shared the material needs they currently have.
Prime Minister Abiy encouraged them to strengthen their unity while the government continues to fill identified gaps.
The delegation led by Prime Minister Abiy also provided the community with building materials for reconstruction of their homes. In a gesture of good wishes for the two communities, Prime Minister Abiy planted seedlings.
