South Korea and Finland say they will support Ethiopia’s pacifying effort in Africa

South Korea and Finland have said that they will support Ethiopia’s pacifying efforts in the horn of Africa region.

Ethiopian Foreign Minister Gedu Andargachew discuss with his counterparts from the two countries at his office.

Indicating that they will strengthen ties with Ethiopia, Foreign Ministers of the two countries agreed that they will invest into Ethiopia in different sectors.

South Korean supports reforms that Ethiopia is currently undertaking said Foreign Minister Kang adding the interest of his country to create people to people relation of two countries in social, economic and political spheres.
According to the Minister, science and technology will be an area, in which investors from South Korea interested to invest in.

Similarly, Minister Gedu discussed with Foreign Minister of Finland Peka Havisto on bilateral issues of the two countries.
They discussed on bilateral issues on Ethiopia’s effort in pacifying the horn of Africa in which minister Peka Havisto appreciated Ethiopia’s effort in stabilizing Somalia and South Sudan, said Foreign Minister Spokesperson Nebiat Getachew.

The Minister said Finland will avail necessary support for Ethiopia.
