Abiy urges graduates to serve people whole-heartedly

Prime Minster Abiy Ahmed, speaking at the graduation ceremony of Addis Ababa University students, urged new graduates to serve the public in unreserved and whole-hearted manner during their engagement in various areas.

He also noted that they have to actively participate in the green development campaign that is underway in the country.

Addis Ababa university has graduated today 9, 637 students today.

Out of these graduates trained in 10 colleges, about 2763 of them are females.
The graduates were trained under regular, extension and distance programs in undergraduate, post graduate and PhD programs.
The university also has bestowed honorary degree upon Haji Oumer Idris and CEO of Ethiopian Airlines, Tewolde Gebremariam.
Ethiopia has graduated more than 120 thousand students trained in 32 universities this year.
