Ethiopia says it takes preemptive control to prevent Ebola from entering home

The Ethiopian Ministry of Health announced that it has been taking preemptive strict control to prevent the coming into home of Ebola from Democratic Republic of Cong, where it has become a global health emergency.

Ebola was first emerged in West Africa in which some 200 Ethiopian health professionals deployed to help people, who have been contracted with the  Ebola Virus.

Minister of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Amir Aman said the professionals have shared their experiences so that Ethiopia can apply strict control to prevent Ebola from crossing the border into Ethiopia.

 He said that preparation are made to airports and 33 inlets and out posts are under strict control.  

According the minister, inlets and outlets to Somaliland, Sudan and South Sudan are under strict control to prevent Ebola, which is now spread to Spain and America.

The government is allocated 250 million birr for the purpose of prevention.
