Addis Ababa, 19 October 2013 (WIC) –Ethiopian President , Dr Mulatu Teshome, promoted 35 high ranking military officers to the top army posts on Friday, 18th October 2013.
The officers were promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, Major and Brigadier General.
Major General Yohannes Gebemeskel was promoted to Lieutenant General
