The Addis Ababa City Administration Working Sites Development and Management Agency said it has issued over 7,500 small and micro enterprises to the youth.
Head of the Agency, Gidena Haileslassie, told WIC that the agency had targeted to issue 10,000 small and micro enterprises and has achieved 75 percent of its schedule.
It was noted that the agency is intensively working to develop, transfer and manage the working sites in a transparent and ethical manner.
Gidena added that construction of the 44 projects is completed and supervision, follow up and support is strengthened to finalize the remaining 22 projects.
Similarly, infrastructures for 193 working sites will be completed in the near future, he added.
Some 127 illegally privatized working sites are taken away and delivered to the responsible body.
The agency is also intensively working to address complaints by itself and deliver a fast service guided by researches for customers.
Walta has learnt that the research, which is being done by a third party, is going to be finalized and publicized in the near future.
