Agency ready to launch one-window service

The Addis Ababa housing administration agency has announced that it is ready to start one window service for the 11th round condominium owners of Addis Ababa city.    

Manager of the agency , Shimelis Tamirat, briefing  journalists  today said that the agency has  finalized  all preparations  to commence  one window  services in Bole and Akaki sub cities. 

So far the process of condominium transferring has been full of ups and downs,  Shimelis underscored.   The commencement of the one window service will help to complete the condominium transfer process within one day which took a year previously, he added.

The   one window service is expected to avoid longer processes for key reception, map and bank loan services,  Shimelis noted.  The one window service will able to provide modern and speedy services for the people, he reiterated.

According to Shimelis, the one window service is to start on September 19 and shall stay for two months within the centers ready in bole and Akaki sub cities.  All owners of  the  11th round condominium  lot can  get  speedy  services  after fulfilling  all the requirements needed, he called. 

The agency  has  scheduled  a  program  to give  services  based on the block numbers of the  condominiums , the manager  stated.  Every  owner  can see website  of the  addis ababa city government and the notice  board  of  the  sub cites  in order to  get  the information of the schedule .   

Communication head of the  Ethiopian commercial bank , Efriem Mekuriya, on his part said that  the  bank  has opened  two  loan centers within  sub cities to avoid any problem  regarding loan  for 11th  round  condominium owner and  the bank also  has planned to open centers  in the rest  of the sub-cities.
