Complaints raised by the public in relation to land administration are not timely addressed and need to be remedied soon, research conducted by Addis Ababa city administration, Kolfe Keraniyo sub city indicated.
In only 3 districts of the sub-city, about 3300 were found being taken illegally, according to the research.
Public relation office of the sub-city indicated that though there were about 264 tips on illegally taken plots, they were not remedied timely.
More than 636 illegally built buildings in this sub-city alone are indicated to be part of the tips provided by the public and were requested to be addressed soon but yet to be.
