Addis Ababa, 18 May 2015 (WIC) – 829 projects registered in 10.5 billion EB capitals licensed in the past nine months Tigray Regional State Urban Development and Construction Industry Office said.
In his exclusive interview with WIC, Tigray Investment Process Owner Goytom Gebrekidan said that in this Ethiopian fiscal year the target was to register 189 projects registering a capital of 16 billion EB.
He said that 829 industries have already registered operating in agriculture, social services, culture and tourism sectors in the past nine months.
These projects are expected to create 20 thousand permanent and 30 thousand contract job opportunities for citizens, he added.
