Arab Contractors to hand over $111 million Ethiopian Road Projects in 2016

Addis Ababa, 16 June 2015 (WIC) – Egypt’s Arab Contractors is ready to deliver two road projects in Ethiopia within 2016, with total investments of US$ 111 million, chairman Mohsen Salah revealed Saturday.

Salah noted that the two Ethiopian projects are considered to be the most vital and prominent in Africa, being built with total length of 165km.

The projects are implemented in two phases and considered to be part of the international road project that will join Cairo with Cape Town in South Africa, the Egyptian official noted.

He further stated that Arab Contractors is aiming to expand its volume of businesses in Ethiopia, seeking to look through various projects to be announced by the Ethiopian government.

Moreover, AC’s chairman confirmed that his company is capable of taking part in giant development projects in Ethiopia. (amwalalghad.com)
