Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) said that the new leadership is ready to relentlessly serve the public and engage in responsibilities with love in order to realize Ethiopian renaissance.
The Premier has discussed about current national affairs today at Ambo University Stadium with dwellers of Ambo Town and its environs.
He added that public and government have simultaneous and potential role to assure peace and development in the country; in this regard, they have to cooperate in harmony to bear the best out of it.
Some dwellers of Ambo City told Walta reporters that Prime Minister Dr. Abiy’s visit toughens national consensus and unity at large. Besides, they are optimistic that the new leadership will resolve their claims.
Mayor of Ambo Town, Berisso Amelo, on his part said that his administration is pledged to work in harmony and comprehensively with the new leadership to assure development in the town and Ethiopia as a whole.
Walta has learnt that close to 30,000 dwellers of Ambo, higher government officials and distinguished guests have attended the event.
