SNNPR strives to sustain unity, democracy- Dessie Dalke

Chief Administrator of the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Regional State (SNNPR), Dessie Dalke, said that the region is intensively working to sustain to unity and democracy.

The Chief Administrator, during his speech in the presence of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) at Hawassa Stadium today, said that the region has undertaken different measures to sustain diversity, unity and democracy at large.

He also added that “unity is beauty” in that it plays a significant role in ensuring prosperity.

The region is intensively working to combat maladministration and service delivery challenges.  He urged the Premier to work towards addressing corruption, maladministration and ensuring fair share of resources to citizens.

Dessie has wished a success to Dr. Abiy and pledged to work cooperatively with the new leadership to ensure triumphant growth and development.
