German Chancellor Angela Merkel talked to Prime Minister Abiy over the phone today, PM office said.
According the office, the Chancellor invited PM Abiy to visit Germany, and he accepted it.
The Chancellor appreciated PM Abiy over his measure on transforming the country’s politics and economy, and striking a deal with neighboring Eritrea that ended a two decades “No peace No war” situation./EBC
