The mayor of Addis Ababa city Eng.Takele Umma announced that the city will no longer tolerate forces bent on destabilizing the security of the city.
Clashes has been reported in different areas of the city over the flag since yesterday.
During a press conference held in connection of welcoming Oromo Liberation Front (OLF), the mayor urged the people to welcome leaders of OLF as they did for other political organization in peaceful manner.
He said that the city will take measures on forces who tried to create conflict using flag as pretext.
He also urged residents of Addis Ababa to make the welcoming event successful.
