Breaking:Ethiopian People Revolutionary Democratic Party (EPRDF) has reelected Abiy Ahmed (PhD) as Chairperson and Demeke Mekonnen as deputy chairperson in its 11th conference held in Hawassa, a city in southern Ethiopia.
Abiy Ahmed (PhD) of Oromo Democratic Party (ODP), Demeke Mekonnen of Amhara Democratic Party (ADP) and Debretsion Gebremicael of Tigray People Liberation Front (TPLF) were nominated for an election.
Accordingly, Abiy and Demeke will serve the nation as Prime Minister and deputy Prime Minister.
