Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has indicated that his government is working for more federal working languages to be included in addition to Amharic.
In his interview with Oromia Broadcasting Network (OBN), the premier said that research is conducted on inculcating more languages as federal working languages in the near future.
It should be made practical based on research, and knowledge and based on this many tasks are being undertaken to make more languages, including Afan Oromo, to be official working languages, he noted.
