Addis residents, dwelling in an area commonly known as Rufael have expressed their woes on severe water shortage.
The residents also indicated that even if they have lodged their complaints to the addis ababa water sewerage authority branch office in their area, they are yet to get the long awaited practical responses.
Head of the branch office, Worku Geno, on his part admitted happening of the problem and he indicated that the pipeline that used to supply water to the area is temporarily out of service and the road construction underway in the areas also has contributed to the problem.
He noted that his office is making relentless problem to address the problem in sustainable way.
