Efforts are being underway to make Worhabe Comprehensive Specialized Hospital a center of excellence, hospital director Dr. Jemal Kedir told Walta.
According to the Director, the hospital is equipped with modern medical facilities, and has two doctors in each ward of the hospital. The hospital was built by the communities living in the Silte Zone, he said stressing the need to optimally serve the best interest of the communities.
Patients who receive medical service at hospital told Walta that the service the hospital gives to them is adequate.
According to the evaluation of the Ministry of Health, the hospital providing 88 percent complete service, in which the director said, has a potential to the move up to center of excellence.
