The media expo, which is the first of its kind in the country held in Addis Ababa today.
The Media Expo and the Broadcast Authority colluded to organize the expo, which last for three days beginning today.
The Expo attracted 50 media companies operation in the country both from print and broadcast sectors.
Opening the expo, Broadcast Authority, representative, Gebregiorgis Abreha said that the expo is meant to create a healthy relation among the many media companies.
He said that expo also help stress the role of the media to be towards promoting and development of the people.
The expo, which is set to be held every year, will by next invite foreign media so that the local one can take lesson on how to exploit technologies.
