The Ministry of labor and Social Affairs said that the trend of the issuing license for agencies, which give training for workers ahead of taking off to Middle East, should be done by one central body.
The issuing of license for training agencies is given by sub-cities, in which the Ministry said was created a problem of accessibility, and the certificate of graduation was not up to the standard.
Director General for Oversea Employment with the Ministry, Birhanu Abera told Walta that the ways of issuing license pose a problem on the sector, and it wants once body to do the licensing.
He said that the Ministry will work with stakeholders solve the problems so that people who go to Middle East will have a standard certificated of participation.
