Addis Ababa, February 15, 2022 (Walta) – Ethiopia has highlighted the UN its longstanding contribution to peacekeeping, critical importance of resource and mandate matching, host country ownership, and coordination with regional organizations.
Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Ethiopia to the United Nations, Taye Atskeselassie noted on his twitter page that Ethiopia’s unwavering and crucial contribution to global and regional organizations was well addressed during the general debate of UN Special Committee on Peacekeeping Operations (C34).
