Addis Ababa, April 04, 2022 (Walta) Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed welcomed the key agreement reached by President Salva Kiir and Vice President Riek Machar on Sunday.
“We welcome today’s key agreement reached by President Salva Kiir and Vice President Riek Machar,” Abiy stated.
The premier said Ethiopia stands in solidarity with South Sudan and continues to stand ready to support efforts towards lasting peace and development.
President Salva Kiir and, First Vice President Rick Machar, have agreed to form a joint military command.
