Transport Minister Dagmawit Moges and Representative of WFP in Ethiopia Steven Were

Addis Ababa, September 22, 2021 (Walta) – Ethiopia’s Ministry of Transport and World Food Program (WFP) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aiming at improving the transportation logistics in Ethiopia.

It is stated that the agreement will play a significant role in building the capacity of the transport sector through research and technical support, human resource capacity building, and logistics infrastructure.

Signing the MoU, Transport Minister Dagmawit Moges and representative of WFP in Ethiopia Steven Were have noted that further collaborations will be made.

The agreement would strengthen the Ten Year Development Plan of the country, it was indicated.
