Addis Ababa December 8, 2021 (Walta) – Ethiopians are celebrating the 16th Nations, Nationalities and People’s Day in Dire Dawa.
President Sahlework Zewdie, President of Supreme Court Meaza Ashenafi, Spokesperson of House of Federation Agegnehu Teshager and some high rank government officials are attending the event.
On the occasion, traditional dances and dressing styles that represent Nations, Nationalities and People’s are being performed and displayed.
The day on which the rights and equality of the Ethiopian nations, nationalities and peoples were fully guaranteed under Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution was 8 December 1994.
