House Approves Nomination of 22 Ministerial Level Cabinet Members

Addis Ababa, October 6, 2021 (Walta) – The House of Peoples Representatives has approved the nomination of Ministerial-level cabinet members including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Demeke Mekonnen who have been endorsed by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

Apart from members of the Prosperity Party (PP), three contending parties’ leaders have been consolidated as cabinet members from Ethiopian Citizens for Social Justice (EZEMA), National Movement of Amhara (NAMA), and Oromo Liberation Front (OLF).
