Addis Ababa, August 20, 2021 (Walta) – Ministry of Health has signed a trilateral agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the China Atomic Energy Authority (CAEA).
The agreement is to jointly implement an extra-budgetary in-kind contribution for a project titled “strengthening capabilities of member states in building, strengthening and restoring capacities and services in case of outbreaks, emergencies, and disasters”.
The Health Minister, Dr. Lia Tadesse said the Ministry looks forward to enhancing its collaboration and partnership with CAEA and IAEA as per the efforts to build a resilient health system in the country.
