Addis Ababa, January 26, 2023 (Walta) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and his delegation have arrived in Khartoum, Sudan, today for a one day working visit.
He and his delegation were received by President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan.
The Office of the Prime Minister announced that the two leaders held discussion on various issues.
During the discussion Prime Minister Abiy, underlined Ethiopia’s solidarity with Sudan in its process of political dialogue.
He acclaimed the wisdom and ability of the Sudanese people that they successfully managing the political process without any intervention.
