Addis Ababa, March 17, 2022 (Walta) – President Sahlework Zewde has received at her office a parliamentary delegation of Tanzania.
The President discussed with the delegation consisting of members of the Foreign, Defense, and Security Standing Committee of Parliament of Tanzania ways of enhancing bilateral relationships between Tanzania and Ethiopia.
President Sahle-Work stressed the need to enhance the longstanding ties between Tanzania and Ethiopia in trade, investment, and tourism sectors.
Tanzania is one of the riparian countries that have signed the Cooperative Framework Agreement on Nile Basin development.
