Addis Ababa, November 25, 2021(Walta) – The Russian Embassy to Ethiopia said that there is no terrorist threat in Addis Ababa.
The Embassy noted in a statement that the state of emergency has not affected Addis Ababa.
“The situation in Addis Ababa remains calm. The introduction of a state of emergency has not brought any significant changes to everyday rhythm of life of the Ethiopian capital”, the statement indicated.
The Embassy continues to operate, as usual, the evacuation of employees or members of their families is not planned and, Bole International Airport is operating as usual. As the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Administration recently stated, flights over the country are safe, the statement added.
