Addis Ababa, October 12, 2021(Walta) – The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has donated 50 ambulances to the Ministry of Health of Ethiopia.
The donation is made through the Red Crescent Society of the UAE.
The fully equipped ambulances are worth 250 million Birr. The first seven ambulances have arrived in Addis Ababa.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, the United Arab Emirates Red Crescent Society will also cover the cost of transporting the ambulances.
