Addis Ababa, March 12, 2021 (Walta) – The European Union (EU) expressed its readiness to strengthen support for Ethiopia’s transformation and reform.
The Union has said it has witnessed a peaceful demonstration by Ethiopians to expresses the right and current standing of the Ethiopian Government to the world in front of the union’s office in Brussels, Belgium yesterday.
The Union also noted that its concerned about humanitarian crisis in Tigray region and called for the protection of civilians and the implementation of Human rights, international refugees, and international humanitarian activities in the region.
The Union also reaffirmed that it fully understands the needs of Ethiopians and will continue to strengthen its versatile support to the country.
